Mehmet Karaoglan

After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in 2018, I started working as an emergency doctor at Mersin Aydıncık State Hospital. I worked here as an emergency service coordinator and also a doctor for 1.5 years. With the COVID pandemic, I voluntarily transferred to Mersin City Training and Research Hospital. Here I worked as a doctor and coordinator in the Surgery and COVID Intensive Care Unit for 2 years. After resigning in March 2022, I assumed the position of doctor in the Intensive Care Unit of Mersin Medicalpark Hospital. And then in September 2022 I resigned from my jobs in Turkey and moved to Brisbane, Australia. After my move, I dedicated six months to advanced language training, ensuring my seamless integration into the local community. At the end of this process, I was accepted to the Leadership and Management Diploma Program as an education and at the same time, I started to work as a Medical Officer within the Mater Health Group. Due to my past ICU experience, I work in the ICU Department.
